The Client:
Great opportunity working for a well respected financial services business with an excellent reputation in the Scottish market. They are currently looking for senior pensions administrators.
The Role:
You'll be required to work with personal and team targets, reporting to a team manager.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely and effective manner with the relevant records updated
* Deliver consistent and reliable customer service by being proactive in your dealings with customers
* Obtaining missing information complying with all regulatory and company guidance with a full audit trail being maintained
* Deal with dissatisfied customers to ensure a resolution or escalate in line with complaints procedure
* Work within a FCA regulated business ensuring that services are consistent with all relevant regulatory and legal frameworks
The Person:
To be considered suitable for the role you will have a solid understanding of Pensions
* Have SIPPS/Income drawdown administration experience
* Personal pension or group personal pension administration experience
* Technical knowledge and continuing professional development relating to the products, processes and regulation in the area of work under supervision
* Customer focused
