Phyllis Court Club is a lively and busy Private Members Club located on the banks of the River Thames in Henley offering first-class dining, accommodation, social and sports facilities for its 3000 members
We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
Receptionist
Salary: £14,000
41 hours per week with evening and weekend work
We are seeking a confident, bubbly person with experience working on a busy reception preferably within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be happy to work shifts which include weekends, and have a good command of the English language
This is one of the most important roles in the Club, as you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all guests, making reservations over the phone and in person for our accommodation and members functions, as well as fielding all calls that come into the main switchboard plus other general Reception duties.
In return, we offer a competitive salary, pension scheme and up to 25 days holiday per annum.

Regatta Assistant (Temporary)
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with the right skills and interests to join our small team on a temporary basis during the busy yet fun Henley Royal Regatta period.
We are seeking a confident and organised individual to assist the Membership Manager in the smooth running of the Regatta Events held at the Club.
A busy and varied role requires the individual to jump in and take responsibility of duties including administering the Regatta events and communicating with members regarding the details of their booking requirements.
The ideal candidate will be available from March - July 2015, and will have previous experience in an administrative, events or organisational capacity with excellent teamwork, customer service and attention to detail.
He/she must be computer literate with great working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.
In return they can expect to gain superb experience in event administration during one of the most popular and busy events of the season.
