C&I Engineering Technician

Our client has a requirement for a C&I Engineering Technician with experience in the process industries. This is a permanent role based in Cambridgeshire, salary £32,000 - £40,000 depending upon experience with an excellent benefits package including bonus scheme, private family health care, and defined contribution pension scheme.

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Engineering and Maintenance department

Formulate preventative maintenance strategies ensuring maximum plant availability and reliability

C&I Project work and managing support contracts

Assist with reviewing and managing safety systems, alarm systems and ATEX equipment

The C&I Engineering Technician will have

Time served instrument apprenticeship

ONC Electrical/Electronic Engineering as a minimum

Experience of preparing specifications and contract management

Previously worked in an instrument maintenance role in a process industry
