Joining our client as an hourly paid Lecturer (bank staff), you will be responsible for providing high quality teaching and learning and pastoral support for students.

Within the role you will plan and deliver teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; developing learning resources / materials to meet individual learner needs and assessing student competence in College or in the workplace.  Assisting with student enrolment and internal and external marketing activities of the College, you will contribute to the Quality Assurance process through curriculum validations, audits, inspections, self-assessment and quality improvement plans.

Candidates must hold a subject specific qualification at Level 4 or above (or Level 3 Qualification where Level 3 is the highest subject qualification available) and you will be required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 5 years of appointment (if you do not already hold this).  Recent / relevant industrial / examining experience and up to date knowledge of your subject area are essential.
