Junior/ Mid Level PHP Developer

My client is seeking (no pun intended) a talented and eager Junior/ Mid-Range developer to join our fast growing development team. You will be responsible for developing new and exciting web based systems including multiple e-commerce websites. This role would ideally suit a graduate or an
entry level developer that is keen to get their feet on to the career ladder.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a good understanding of Object Orientated PHP 5.4 +
• Have a good understanding of MySQL 5
• Have a good understanding of HTML 4
• Have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
• Have the ability to work effectively both in a team and as a solo developer on small projects
• Be passionate about their work

The following will be considered an advantage but is not essential:

• Previous exposure to  MVC frameworks
• HTML 5
• JavaScript and experience with frameworks such as jQuery / Prototype
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Linux (Amazon AMI)
