This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing recruitment company as their new apprentice Recruitment Consultant. This position will be supported by “on the job” training by a national training provider to achieve an NVQ Qualification; therefore you must be willing to undertake an apprenticeship programme and reflective wage
The successful candidate will study a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Business Administration. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessment as work based learning, within the workplace.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fast and efficient placements of staff to meet the clients needs
- Key account management
- General administration and other ad hoc duties as required
- Maintenance of records and remaining compliant with legislation and contractual requirements
- Continuous sales effort to develop the branch in designated markets
- Re-sourcing information to create new opportunities
- Dealing with initial complaints pro actively, including correct reporting and recording
- Interviewing candidates via telephone and face-to-face
- Business development and generating new clients
- Client Visits as required or requested by Branch Manager
- Assistance with the development of a recruitment strategy to match business needs

- Adequate IT skills
- Recruitment/sales experience is essential
- Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
