HR Payroll SAP - West Sussex - GBP30k

My client are a large corporate with a 3000 staff presence in the UK and significantly more overseas.

The opportunity exists for an HR/Payroll/SAP experienced professional to join the team based in their West Sussex office. Reporting into the Head of Payroll and Benefits Manager and the Group HR Director, you'll liaise with the Paris office to enhance the payroll processes using SAP. A working knowledge of this element of SAP is required; not expert level.

Plenty of challenges exist in this role and you'll have the chance to make a serious impact on the medium and long-term profitability of the company by enhancing the effectiveness of this management system. You'll be someone who can identify required improvements in HR and Payroll business processes, and with the help of the IT department (who do the deeper technical stuff), set about making the necessary changes.

The role pays up to GBP30k plus benefits. 25 days + bank holidays. Your immediate environment will be a team of twelve in HR/Payroll, working in a semi-open-plan office.
