An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Pension Complaint Handlers / Contractors based in Edinburgh to join an expanding Banking company for a 6 month contract.
You should ideally possess a proven track record of pension complaint handling experience within a financial services environment. You will have a good telephone manner with a "can do" attitude. Problem solving skills are key for this role too and the ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times.
As a Pension Complaint Handler / Contractor your duties will be to:
• Achieve fair customer outcomes through diligent and impartial pension complaint investigations.
• Take ownership of customer pension complaint issues.
• Take responsibility and actively manage pension caseload.
• Work with others to address complaint issues and identify trends.
An ideal Pension Complaint Handler / Contractor will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Proven track record of either Corporate or Group or general pension’s complaint handling experience is essential.
• FPC qualified and pension’s qualifications (Financial Planning Certificate) is an advantage although not essential.
• Financial Services experience essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong MS Excel ability.
• Good organisational, planning and analytical skills and good attention to detail.

• Money Purchase Defined Contribution Pensions administration
• Final Salary Defined Benefit Pensions Administrator
• Senior Pensions Administrator
• DC Administrator (money purchase) pensions experience

• JO4 Pension Funding Options,
• JO5 Pension Income Options,
• RO1 Financial Services, Regulation & Ethics,
• RO2 Investment Principles and Risk,
• CF2 Investment & Risk, CF6 Mortgage Advice,
• CF9 Pension Simplification,
• Certificate in Regulated Customer Complaints (CeRCC).
In return you will receive a salary of £250 per day dependent on experience.
