KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCES

*5- 10 years' experience in polymer materials
*Degree in engineering or science discipline - polymers focused
*few years of experience in an applied research/R&D/Product development environment
*Experience in Oil and Gas or Nuclear sectors preferred
*Management/team leading/P&L management experience
*Business development/project generation experience

ROLE:

You will be responsible for overseeing the activities of a team of engineers/consultants and ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery of projects to our key clients in applied research/consulting environments. The division is involved in all aspects of thermoplastics and their joining, testing, qualification and inspection. You will play a key part in the development of the team and influence the strategic growth of the section, developing relationships with key customers along the way.
