Claims Advisor, General Insurance, Contract, 12 Months, Berkshire
Panoramic Associates are urgently looking for a Claims Advisor on behalf of a General Insurer to manage outsourced third party claims administrators, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, fairly and to standards dictated by the FCA & PRA. The Claims Advisor will be responsible for authorising claims as well as overseeing and monitoring claims management information, process change and preparing for the launch of new products.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Managing Claims Third Party Administrators
- Design and Delivery of Training to TPA Employees
- Audits of TPA performance
- Claims Authorisation
- Development of New Products
In order to be considered for this role, you must have extensive claims handling experience, ideally within General Insurance. In addition, it is essential that you have management experience of outsourced relationships. Finally, it is important that you have good knowledge of FCA, PRA, SOX and other relevant regulations and are able to apply commercially to the claims processes.
