My client is currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly professional Service Desk Analyst/IT Helpdesk Analyst/1st Line Support Analyst to join their IT Service Desk team on a contract basis.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 1 year + commercial IT Helpdesk/IT Support experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to work to SLA's
  • Ability to Communicate effectively with business users at all levels
  • Ability to support Desktop PC's, Software/Applications, Peripherals, Laptops and Mobile Computing
