Working for a software house you will be required to provide support and training to users of internally developed applications.
Duties
* Provide incident and problem management based support.
* Problem management - finding and addressing root causes (root cause analysis) and identifying workarounds.
* Work with the Development teams and IT to communicate updates to our products, systems and processes
Previous Experience
* Experience of managing requests, incidents and problems and defects related to applications and escalating and communicating these as required.
* Managing stakeholders and developing relationships. (Desirable)
* Web Application technology skills (HTML, .Net, REGEX) (Desirable)
