In this new position, the successful candidate will work alongside the planning team and report to the Project Planning Manager. Responsibilities
include project scheduling and trafficking, print buying and organising of mailing houses, providing costings for marketing campaigns, distribution of DM and stock control working.

Other responsibilities include: working to budgets, maintaining quality control across all brands, ensuring the delivery of workload to schedule ensuring briefs received into the team are completed to a high standard. 

Ability to work within a deadline driven, ever-changing work environment is essential.

The successful candidate will need:

  • To be educated to degree level or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of scheduling and planning experience/account handling
  • Experience of quality assurance processes
  • Previous customer/client liaison essential
  • Experience of print and direct mail buying
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Committed to high level of customer service with an eye for detail
  • To be PC literate with proficiency in Excel
  • The ability to build and maintain good working relationships

This is a full-time contract working during the core opening hours of the business Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Extended working hours will be required at times to meet the needs of the business.
