The role of HR Administrator is varied and may well include;

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence

The successful candidate must possess the following;

  • A proven successful record within a busy, and fast paced HR department
  • Highly organised, efficient and key attention to detail
  • An effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Commit to working hour of Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5, but with a view of being flexible when business dictates.

This is a fixed term 6 month contract, starting immediately.
