The role of HR Administrator is varied and may well include;
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
The successful candidate must possess the following;
- A proven successful record within a busy, and fast paced HR department
- Highly organised, efficient and key attention to detail
- An effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Commit to working hour of Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5, but with a view of being flexible when business dictates.
This is a fixed term 6 month contract, starting immediately.
