Account Coordinators – Oxford, London or Macclesfield

Caudex Medical is looking to hire Account Coordinators to provide administrative and financial support to our account teams, ensuring high-quality account management service for our clients.
The ideal Account Coordinators will be a self-motivated individual, one who enjoys a busy workload and values the opportunity to work in a dynamic medical science oriented environment. The role could be based in either one of our offices in Oxford, London or Macclesfield.
Key responsibilities
- Administration of financial tasks (e.g., raising invoices, inputting basic budgets into financial systems, maintaining financial records, etc).
- Assist with tracking and updating the account business plan and with keeping colleagues and project accountants informed of any budget and/or project specification issues.
- Update client financial trackers in Excel spreadsheet format and liaise with key client for approval.
- Maintain and organize project files.
- Understand and be able to use important client systems, e.g., publication management software (prior experience helpful but not necessary)
- Carry out general administrative work as assigned (e.g., printing, photocopying, and issuing meeting invitations).
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a biomedical science or public health; experience in an administrative role, with excellent mathematical skills; good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail and confidence using a PC, in particular, all Microsoft Office applications.
