This role will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract working in my clients Slough office.

The successful individual will be working closely with the Reporting Analyst and will be responsible for compiling editing and publishing all metrics and KPIs for the Operations department in a coherent and accessible dashboard.

The dashboard will provide high level summary information for senior management and include all necessary detail for operational staffs to work with.

The role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and taking responsibility and ownership of their workload.

Previous experience in analysis of Service Desk/Call Center data and metrics is required for this role.

Key responsibilities:

Create and publish reports based on the Operations reporting calendar and measurement framework.
Provide analytical support for business needs.
Consolidate operational reporting and analyse it for relevance.
Work with local teams to refine the reporting to ensure it is focused and delivers metrics upon which decisions can be made.
Recommend opportunities to improve existing reporting to enhance visibility into client services performance and operation.
Identifying areas of anomalies and working with concerned business departments for timely resolutions.
Work to automate that which can be automated to reduce management overhead and interpretation issues
Maintain the Operations metrics and reporting SharePoint site
Act as a responsible person for understanding historical performance trends and results highlighting inconsistent results and suggesting improvements.

Essential experience:

*Experienced in analysis of Service Desk/Call Center data and metrics
*Good understanding of data extraction and analysis and Business Intelligence
*Good understanding of operational KPIs and how to present them coherently
*Strong mathematical bias, with strong Excel skills
*Self-starting with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
*Service management and Reporting experience
