An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager based in Stratford-upon-Avon to join an expanding company that employs approximately 250 people and operates with a professional and ethical focus whilst maintaining a commitment to delivering an excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for customer care and the day to day administration of legal cases in accordance with targeted SLAs.
As a Case Manager your duties will be to:
• Investigate and evaluate each individual case
• Provide exceptional customer care
• Proactively update clients regularly
• Provide accurate interpretation of legal documents.
• There is a 50 / 50 split between telephony tasks and admin.
An ideal Case Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Proven skills in customer service
• An empathetic manner
• Proven ability to build rapport
• Experience of working within a target driven environment; specifically a telephone service capacity
• Ability to understand and explain complex information
• Excellent IT skills - Word/Excel/Outlook
• Will come from either financial or legal backgrounds
• Strong customer service and providing exemplary service delivery is essential as is the requirement to make a vast number of telephone calls to clients and 3rd parties.
In return you will receive a starting salary of £18,000 per annum moving to £20,000 per annum once you are eligible to be dealing with your own caseload which can be 4 - 6 months (plus a 10% commission structure).
