Business Development Executive
Advancing People are working closely with a market leading company who provide solutions and services to the digital entertainment industry.
This rarely available role will involve growing my clients sales whilst dealing with some existing and long standing clients. Attending industry events, networking and following up on market knowledge will be crucial to this role.
Key Duties
- Represent the company at industry events worldwide
- Construct and implement a key account plan for new customers
- Develop new customers
- Research, generate, qualify and follow up on leads
- Make appointments and manage customer meetings effectively.
- Follow internal sales and delivery processes and make recommendations where appropriate
- Provide best practice advice and policies to all customers
The Ideal Candidate
- Able to generate leads
- Strong sales skills (account management, business to business selling, relationship management)
- Able to understand / explain products and services whist handling objections or queries
- The ability to present a proposal to a customer, negotiate on commercial terms and close the sale
- Successful track record in sales
- Experience in developing new revenue streams by winning new customers of all sizes / profiles and across multiple sectors
- Proven ability to deliver sales targets and sales activity levels
- Willingness to travel worldwide for trade events
In return, my client is offering a salary of 22,000 - 25,000 DOE plus a generous commission package.
