Salary: GBP21k plus OTE bonus

Egton Medical Information Systems Limited are a leading provider of IT systems into the Healthcare market, we have several new opportunities for Customer Account Executives. These exciting roles will focus on promoting our growing range of products and services to our existing customer base and the development of new customers within the Healthcare markets.

Being a Customer Account Executive you will be required to hit both activity and financial KPI's by promoting Egton products and services, generating new revenues and maintaining high level customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for achievement of sales activity within a defined geographical area.

Things you must have:
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Experience of cold calling
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues throughout the business
  • Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT and a recognised CRM system
  • Focused and driven to exceed targets and expectations
  • Organised, self-starter, with high levels of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Working in a team as an influencer, organiser and team player
  • Ability to multitask and work to agreed deadlines
  • Ability to use own initiative

Your job as a customer account executive (not limited to the following)
  • Cold calling' prospects to identify new business opportunities and contacts.
  • Generate interest in Egton products and services, book and follow up field sales appointments
  • Promote and maintain high level customer satisfaction by capturing customer feedback following implementations and service delivery.
  • Increase sales revenue and ensure accurate forecasting through effective management of quotes.
  • Support regional and national sales and marketing objectives of customer acquisition, retention and cross-selling
  • Achieving agreed targets
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Egton products, services and standards.
  • Keep up to date with the latest health sector developments
