Internal Sales Executive
Advancing People are working with a well-established client based within Cranfield. Due to their continued success they are looking to expand their Internal Sales team.
They are seeking an additional proven Internal Sales Executive to join their current high performing team. The fundamentals of this role include building continued relationships with new and existing customers.
The role of the Internal Sales Executive is to sell fleet management and associated solutions in the B2B market over the telephone, using the tools provided including live web demonstrations, a large database of leads and website enquiries. This role is working within a highly competitive market, for a leading company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve planned sales objectives by proactively selling via outbound telephone calls
- Maintaining a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day to new and existing customers
- Updating records on internal sales system - Salesforce
- Compiling weekly sales report
- Meet and exceed KPI's
The ideal candidate:
- Proven outbound calling sales experience
- Proven B2B sales Experience
- Be able to demonstrate experience of working to and exceeding business targets
- Inbound/Outbound calling experience
- Must be energetic and driven with excellent communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
- Excellent telephone skills
In return our client is offering a salary of 16,000- 20,000 DOE with an OTE of 30,000 - 36,000 and generous company benefits.
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm
