Showroom Sales

Advancing People Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based within Peterborough specialising in high end products and services.

Working within this busy showroom you will be responsible for proactive and reactive sales generation with both existing and new customers.

You will maintain a strong knowledge of products and technical specifications for a wide range of products. A real focus of the role is to deliver the highest standard of customer service at all times.

Main roles and responsibilities :

• Working within a competitive field, towards targets and expectations as well as team goals whilst providing a first class service to all customers
• Meeting and greeting customers upon entering the Showroom
• Listening to the needs of customers and preparing quotations
• Making orders and checking upon stock levels
• Obtaining a strong product knowledge
• Keeping track of the order throughout the process and keeping customers updated.
• Opening and closing of the showroom

• Come from a retail sales background

• Articulate
• To have an eye for design

In return my client is offering a competitive basic plus commission. Hours of work - 5 days out of 7 Monday - Saturday rota 9.00am - 5.30pm + Bank Holidays.
