You will be responsible for the proactive acquisition of both retail and business customers by sales and marketing of the company's products/services and specific offers, within assigned areas. You will be required to maintain strong relationships with all staff including management and center crew.

Responsibilities:
  • To act as an ambassador of IN 'n' OUT Centres adhering to and explaining all current, relevant policies and procedures to new employees.
  • To thoroughly understand, adhere to and continually promote the IN 'n' OUT Centres LTD ethos; '5C's' brand values.
  • Proactive Acquisition of new retail and business customers using own initiative within set guidelines
  • To generate & maintain a database of Chamber/Affinity/Trade customers/companies using promotion of specific offers to Chamber of commerce members, Local employers & stores and other businesses via Face to Face meetings, Telephone and Email communication.
  • To undertake business networking and meetings as required (minimum of 1 per month).
  • To support and assist with national/local sales & marketing activities and strategy's as required.
  • To support new and existing centres, for openings, holidays and where staff shortages occur.
  • To promote and assist with PR for both forthcoming and existing sites, including managing and involvement in all event and promotion activity.
  • Occasional Centre assistance with the collection of tyres/customer vehicles where necessary.
  • To create and manage trade accounts, including repairers
  • To complete all necessary administrational duties as required.
  • Organise and manage own diary and workload for maximum efficiency and output.
  • Weekly reporting of Chamber/Affinity/Trade activity to Marketing Manager
  • To carry out any other reasonable task as requested by the Marketing Manager
  • To carry out any other necessary administrative or adhoc requirement when requested

Experience
  • Previous experience of working within a sales/customer facing related role
