Dynamics CRM Support Consultant, 3rd line support, HTML/JavaScript, Microsoft Dynamics
A Dynamics CRM Support Analyst is needed to provide 3rd line support to clients.
This is a role for a high calibre Dynamics CRM Consultant who has a passion to provide coherent support, run multiple projects and effectively liaise with clients.
Experience needed:
- Technical skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013
- Web development technologies (eg JavaScript and HTML)
- Excellent verbal and written communicational skills
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting issues
- Running Projects
- Liaising effectively with clients
- Designing, implementing and monitoring system strategies
- Installing, maintaining and configuring the server element of client systems
- Provide 3rd line support to service desk
