Ideal candidate would also have:

You'll have experience as a developer primarily using .net technologies and working on a .net MVC framework

A great background in web application development with a proven ability to deliver high-quality software

Be adept at design principles: OOD, DDD, TDD, SOLID

Code in the languages we work with C#, MVC to the repositories we store data in and the way you can interact with them

Be Agile, know SCRUM and understand stories, INVEST

A .NET Engineer from a public facing website equivalent would thrive in this environment.
