Salesforce CRM specialist; Financial Services, Salesforce, CRM, Support, Fixed Term Contract
Our client is a leading Fund Manager based in London who are looking for a CRM Salesforce specialist to join their team and support the business. While this role is predominantly technical in nature, it will require someone to face off to the business and be the main point of contact for the CRM enquiries and issues for their particular business area.
The role responsibilities include;
- First line support to the Salesforce CRM users
- Log all incidents and requests
- Escalate issues to the development team that can't be solved locally
- Generate reports to gauge Salesforce activity
- Gather requirements from users and own the facilitation of improvements to fit the needs of the business
Key requirements
- Salesforce CRM is highly desired but Microsoft Dynamics CRM will also be considered
- Experience of working in the financial services industry essential
- Excellent communicator both spoken and written
- Excellent presentation skills
- And understanding of financial products
This is a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract
