CRM Administrator/SingleTrack/Salesforce

Highly successful Independent Securities House which has enjoyed sustained success and well-managed growth is seeking a talented SingleTrack Systems/Salesforce CRM specialist to join their London based Technology Team to drive forward the administration of the SingleTrack/Salesforce CRM, and seek opportunities to develop the platform to meet ever changing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce administration - workflows, dashboards, reports, UAT, training, user set-up, security and support
• CRM data expert - data analysis, data mapping and maintaining data integrity
• Support, develop and maximise the progression of new functionality and processes for the SingleTrack/Salesforce platform
• Provide training and ad-hoc support on system functionality
• Project leadership for system upgrades and implementations
• Prioritisation of customer requests and delivery of customer reports
• Creation of a user acceptance test plan for new features
• To be the subject matter expert for document generation and reporting applications used in conjunction with Salesforce

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 2:1 degree
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM platform
• Confident with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines working under pressure
• Proven ability to manage implementations and training in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and consensus building skills.
• Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines
• Must be an engaging self-motivated contributor with the ability to present and discuss complex solutions in an intuitive manner
