Web Software Engineer - Warwick - GBP55,000 + benefits & bonus

An experienced Web Software Engineer is sought to join the Online Development Team during a period of heavy investment following an increase in sales across the business. This award winning business is focussed on increasing their share of the market through the creation of high quality customer interaction facing products.

The Online Development Team is an essential part to the business's plans to grow and this role is integral. The goal for the team is to create beautiful and responsive web pages rich in cutting edge functionality. Reporting in to the Senior Developer on the team you will also be expected to pass on knowledge to less experienced team members.

To be considered for the role you must have experience in the following:
-Excellent knowledge of standards compliant HTML/CSS
-Knowledge of the latest HTML5/CSS3 API's and features
-Responsive web production
-Expert knowledge of JS/JQuery
-Experience with a JS MVC framework
-Knowledge of OO PHP
-PHP MVC framework knowledge - Yii/Zend 2/Symfony 2
-Git/SVN

Desirable but non-essential experience:
-Knowledge or WordPress
-Open Source Project experience
-Scrum PSM1
-Experience of RESTful API's
-TDD/JUnit/PHPUnit
-BDD/Behat
