We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Analyst to be based in the Surrey area. We are looking for a Support Analyst with 1st line Support experience responding to calls and emails supporting company users both onsite and in other locations. Excellent customer service and problem solving is required along with a good understanding and IT experience. The 1st line Support Analyst will resolve incidents and problem requests managing all IT systems including desktops, PCs, laptops, mobiles and telephony.

* A knowledge of remote working solutions (VPN,VDI,Direct Access)
