My client is based in Victoria, London. They are currently looking for a support consultant, where the primary purpose of the role is to provide 1st/2nd line support to this companies clients, along with customisation and to increase the overall speed of delivery and the levels of Client satisfaction.

High - level Responsibilities:
- New client/useron - boarding
- Troubleshooting user issues
- Running mini - projects
- Liasing effectively with Clients
- Data importing loading in consultation with Clients
- Business analysis & Basic system customisation
- Product training
- Creating and maintaining Support/Training documentation
- Continuous updating of the Client portal so as to direct Clients in the first instance to "self - serve" and facilitate troubleshooting
- To produce articles for the Client Support portal covering CRM best practice in relation to Communicate and its modules

Desired Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013
- Web HTML/Javascript
- User support of any IT product
