Software Development Team Leader
Based Central Birmingham, within 10 minutes walk from New Street Station
Up to GBP40,000 per annum based on experience
Outsource UK are currently recruiting for a number of Software Team Leaders to join a leading UK client based in Central Birmingham. These roles will be full time, permanent positions, overseeing a team of developers, artists and testers.
The Role:
As the Software Team Leader, your role will be to overss the development of content by your team. You will manage the development life cycle, working with Senior Developers, Developers, Artists and Testers to create new products. This will be a hands on role so you should expect to get involved in coding in C++ as well as managing the product release.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Development Manager to deliver products on time.
- Managing teams of 6-8 people
Skills required:
- Previous commercial experience in a Team Leader role of similar size
- C++ Development
