Job Title: Senior Administrator / Office Manager
Location: Marton, Blackpool (FY4)
Salary: £18 – £25k pa depending on experience
Hours: Full- Time 9.00am-5.00pm (Monday – Friday )
This is an exciting opportunity to support a small team in the development of a variety of exciting and engaging projects ranging from supporting a property portfolio to media projects. This is an incredibly varied role suited to a competent and experienced administrator.
Job Role:
The role involves:
- Office administration
- Inputting and processing invoices
- Creation and maintenance of property files
- Spreadsheet development and maintenance
- Liaising with utility companies and council tax officials
- Ordering and controlling stationery and office supplies
- creation and presentation of reports for management
- Preparation for meetings
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaint resolution
- Conducting research
- Recruitment of additional staff including training and inductions
- Filing and correspondence
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be;
- Highly organised with excellent administration skills
- Articulate and confident
- In possession of a real “can do” attitude and initiative
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Hold a full driving licence
- Flexible
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
Previous administration experience is essential. Previous experience in a research role would be an advantage.
