An exciting opportunity exists to work for Acclaim Handling as a Regional Service Controller at our Rugby depot.
Acclaim Handling Ltd is a very successful and expanding Independent Forklift Distributor in the UK. Our business is to hire, sell and maintain Forklift trucks and other mechanical handling equipment.
Our Rugby depot is about to undergo substantial upgrading and is positioned to continue developing and growing the business.
Job Description
Applicants must be IT literate, have good planning and organisational skills, be customer focused and have good attention to detail. You will have a strong commitment to deliver quality customer service and satisfaction.
Main Duties Include: Be the face of our Service desk, taking service related telephone calls, being responsible for the daily control of a team of mobile and site based engineers, processing engineers paperwork on a routine basis, updating the company fleet management system (Protean) on a daily basis, plus other general administrative duties. You will be required to work with an administration assistant.
It is not essential to have experience in the Forklift industry. Experience of working in a service related environment is preferable, being organised and of a robust nature is essential.
