Brand new for 2015, an iOS developer is required to join one of the UK's most high profile E-commerce businesses working on exciting Native iOS projects in London.

Working within a dynamic environment from an office based in South West London (with easy access to central) the selected iOS developer will ideally be an expert in both in Objective-C and the Cocoa Touch frameworks.

After a number of high profile client success stories, our client is looking for strong iOS engineers who can help them deliver a unique mobile experience both with existing iOS apps and developing new ideas.

This is a real chance for the appointed iOS developer will help shape the direction of mobile development.

Role duties will include:

* Developing new iPhone/iPad apps for consumers and partners
* Upkeep of existing applications and helping with ongoing development
* Sharing expertise with the wider technical team
* Staying on top of iOS innovations, developments and new technologies

Here's what they're looking for:

* Objective-C/Cocoa Touch/Xcode 4 & 5 knowledge
* Strong knowledge of rest services/Rest API
* Great understanding of the Mobile user experience
* Someone who has apps on the App store
* A good understanding of networking, memory management, multitasking, local data caching (on iOS)
* Knowledge of iOS design patterns/coding conventions/Apple's Human Interface Guidelines/App Store Review Guidelines
* Native app experience

It'd be a bonus if you have Front End experience (but not essential) including HTML, CSS & JavaScript and also if you have cross-platform/Native Android experience as well. Also great if you have previously worked on eCommerce iOS apps.

The role is paying up to GBP70,000 per annum (permanent) for the right candidate, but salary level depends on skills and experience.
