Banking Reform Analyst
- Duration: 6 months

Role Description
- Experienced Business Analyst required to work on complex multi workstream programme covering transformation of financial systems.
- Must be able to work from outline scope and develop comprehensive and robust solutions including transition to end state.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to identify domain of change within outline programme definition.
- Construct working plan to complete analysis of requirements and propose a number of solution options that satisfy change requirements.
- Ensure comprehensive end to end fit of solutions including cross-component interactions.
- Specify transitional requirements and prepare business case.
Team Structure
Working to programme lead, may be responsible for leading other analysts.
Additional Information
- Experience in UK or European banking arena is required
- Transformation experience is essential and candidates must come from a financial services background.
- Liquidity experience highly desirable.
- Asset and liability management experience desirable
- Experience in both Statutory and Regulatory reporting desired
