Our vision is to create a better future for our customers and their families.  We take pride in delivering quality services and work closely with our partners to build safe and successful neighbourhoods for residents in East Manchester.  We value our people and continually encourage their development to enable our vision to be achieved.

As an Eastline Customer Services Advisor, we offer you a challenging, yet rewarding career.

Working as part of the Eastline Team, you will be on the frontline dealing with customers contacting Eastlands Homes by telephone and also by other methods including letters, email and in person.

A high level of all initial contacts will be resolved by the Customer Services Advisors requiring a high level of knowledge of all the services provided by Eastlands Homes.  Training will be given to the successful candidate.

You will have experience of dealing with the public and be able to demonstrate a good approach to Customer Care.

Application packs can be downloaded from our website www.eastlandshomes.co.uk or by emailing jobs@eastlandshomes.co.uk or calling our 24-hour jobs line 0161 274 2176.

Please indicate on your application whether you are applying for full time and/or part time posts.

Closing date for receipt of applications is Monday 9 February 2015 at 12 noon.

If you are shortlisted for an interview these will be held on Friday 6 March 2015.

Eastlands wishes to reflect the communities in which it works, at all levels within the organisation. Applications from under-represented groups including disabled people, people from black and ethnic minority groups,  gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender, would be particularly welcomed.

If you indicate you are disabled on your monitoring form, you are guaranteed an interview if you can demonstrate the essential criteria for the role.
