Central to the role is the definition, development and execution of performance tests throughout the complete development lifecycle, from project initiation through to delivery, on large scale software delivery engagements. The role therefore requires skills in both identifying key business drivers, and the ability to translate these into technical definition and execution.
The role will typically report to the Test Manager on a given testing assignment and will be carried out at a wide variety of sites. Projects are frequently based at client sites or in one of Capgemini????????s development centres and often use offshore resources, so mobility and full flexibility are essential.
