Job Description
•The primary function is to increase share of wallet and manage relationships (from sales floor through operational management to director level) within named Distribution Partners.
•Build robust QTR business plans related to both the disti and Lenovo's Protect and Attack strategy
•Integrate all Business Units into distribution plans including SMB, MM, Ent, PS, Global and Consumer
•Co-ordinate all Operational process's and orchestrate all departments and actions
•Ensuring the full benefits of the Lenovo TopSeller portfolio are understood through key communications and training activities
•Manage weekly forecasting and opportunity tracking to provide realistic weekly shipments
•Negotiate & manage sell in, inventory profile, stock turns & returns/DOA's
•Minimum onsite presence within named accounts to be 4 days per week with reasons of visit, Agenda & action plans.
•Strategic QTR business plans to be developed & actioned including Campaign (Product) Forecast & Volume Targets by week + Weekly sales floor & demand generation activity plan.
•Account level profitability plan to include Sales GTN=Discounts, Rebate Plan, PP, Spiff funding & Promotions, GP%, Co-Marketing.
•Ownership and implementation of distribution rebate incentive to be actioned each QTR- To include QoQ growth proposal and business plan behind this to meet joint targets.
•Negotiate & ensure significant sales floor presence through spiff/killer days & open access to drive & achieve sales plans.
•Engage internal marketing resources to develop & execute joint co marketing plans.
•Engagement with Distribution employees at all levels including senior management in order to completely understand their business drivers
•Set up & manage daily log of sales floor T2 opportunities to build weekly/QTR pipeline
