Position Description
• To proactively target an assigned set of accounts
• Utilize database intelligence to control a focus and territory Acquisition territory
• Uncover opportunities all business areas
• Own and Build a robust pipeline of Business
• Create a weekly BMS to review with wider team and direct management
• Create close Synergy with Key Business Partners to attack both Focus and Territory End Users
• To identify, qualify and win new and incremental business opportunities to sell Lenovo's capabilities and offerings
• To understand customer requirements and develop relevant solutions
• To identify and secure cross selling and up selling opportunities
• To actively participate in sales initiatives and marketing campaigns
• To proactively inform customers of new products and roadmaps, proposing upgrades and transition paths as appropriate.
• To produce accurate account plans, sales forecasts and ensure sales activity is tracked using the required reporting tools on a daily and weekly basis
• To configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions
• To provide proactive follow up, product information and overall account support via telephone, email
• To maintain and leverage customer and business partner relationships and maximize customer satisfaction
• To maintain all CRM tools
• To liaise with sales support teams and co-ordinate customer issues
• To be responsible for delivering current run rate business (deals
