Assistant Store Manager

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER -  Stoke on Trent

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our existing team and assist our store Manager in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.

We will expect you to be both flexible and adaptable, with a real ambition and desire to progress within the company. You will have the motivation and confidence to assist the store Manager in running the store, with the increased responsibilities of managing the store in their absence. As you will have a proven track record of working within a sales driven retail environment ,  you will be expected to support the Manager to inspire and develop the team to provide the best customer experience to all of our customers , ensuring that staff meet all performance targets to increase the  profitability of the store. 

We will expect you to have strong supervisory or retail Management experience and expertise to offer our diverse range of product and services to customers whilst having an understanding of profit and loss and performance KPI’s. You will have the support of a great team around you and will be working within a Company that is seen as being innovative and forward thinking.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager that will thrive in this role that is both challenging and demanding, and who has the ambition to become the next store Manager.
