Superb Telesales / Outbound Sales manager is required to join a leading a leading online property site founded by industry experts and leveraging one of Europe's most recognised brand names. Telesales / Outbound Sales manager day to day basis :

* You will Ensure that all data collections are completed accurately, compliantly and in a timely manner
* Meet revenue targets through individual and team activity
* Analyse sales / metrics data to help evolve business operational plans and tactics
* Proven experience in developing and implementing programs and tools that increase team performance.
* The highest level of operational customer service
* Take personal responsibility for your own sales pipeline, ensuring that conversion of referrals to registrations and product upsell are maximised by your team
* Prioritise and deliver timely, high quality work and deal with ad hoc requests as required
* You are able to Help to build and establish the Outbound Sales team including staff, processes and targets

Telesales Outbound Sales manager Essential skills:



* You have Previous Experience of managing an Outbound Sales team
* You have a Customer focused with a 'sales through service' attitude
* You have a fantastic Track record of successfully dealing with performance and HR issues
* You have Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others internally and external
* You are Confident in analysing data to drive business change and improvement
* You have a Professional, positive, diligent and focused approach
* You are Able to hit business targets and you're able to work to tight deadlines
* You are Able to identify customer impacting issues with strong problem solving skills
* You Have a strong work ethic and are full of energy and dedication towards the company
* You are Able to work by yourself or with other colleagues/team
* You are Extremely well organised and able to prioritise own workload
* You are flexible and able to work with changing shift patterns

Outbound Sales / Telesales manager Desirable skills:



* Experience of building a team from scratch, setting targets, training,etc
