Orchid are delighted to announce that they have successfully secured a partnership with William
Grant & Sons, one of food and drinks most compelling success stories, to deliver a national field team
to support their existing field presence.
This role involves working within a fast-paced and agile environment, primarily within the on-trade,
managing a team of Territory Development Executives who will be supporting a portfolio of premium
spirit brands including Hendricks, Glenfiddich, Monkey Shoulder, Sailor Jerry and Disaronno, Tia
Maria. As an FSM you will be responsible for:
leading, motivating and developing the team in the delivery of their individual and team KPIs
working with your team to maximise distribution, visibility and activation opportunities
driving performance standards through regular performance reviews, coaching, training and
mentoring
If you have at least one year's leadership responsibility, are self-motivated with the drive and ambition
to build, lead and support a team, this role could be for you! Relevant experience of the on-trade
sector is essential.
We are looking to attract and retain long term the very best people. If you can demonstrate the
characteristics required to contribute to and drive a high performance culture, have the ability to
motivate and empower a team, with the necessary interpersonal skills to deal with a broad range of
situations and are able to demonstrate solid financial and commercial awareness, we would like to
hear from you.
As you may expect managing a team who predominantly work in the on trade, the hours of work will
not be 9 - 5! Your core hours will be 37.5 hours per week to be worked between the hours of 8.00
a.m. and 6.00 p.m. with flexibility required to effect the needs of the business.
Leading industry training will be provided as part of a residential course during week commencing
Monday, 23rd March 2015.
It is a requirement of this role that you hold a full driving licence. Due to the geographical reach of
each territory, and need to regularly work with all team members, a willingness to travel long
distances and stay away from home each month is a requirement of the successful candidates.
If you can demonstrate strong skills across the required attributes & are interested in being
considered for this position, please sent a C.V. and covering letter to .
