We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to run the Helpdesk at a large School in Bradford. The Service Desk Analyst will ideally have experience of an ITIL Helpdesk environment and have worked to SLA's previously.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will provide a first and single point of contact for the School's Helpdesk for all supported Departments, staff and pupils. It will be their responsibility to ensure all incoming incidents are logged accurately and that sufficient information is recorded in the relevant incident logging software.
The client is looking for candidates to apply who have the following essential skills:
- Experience of working on a Service Desk
- ITIL Knowledge
- Understanding of Active Directory, User Administration - Password resets etc
- Experience of working to SLA's
- Strong Customer Service experience and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to go through an Enhanced CRB/DBS process which the School will organise.
