About you:

You will preferably be able to demonstrate success in a resourcing role (18 months+). You will have a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

You will be motivated, "goal-driven" and determined to use your sales experience to secure a long-term career as a specialist recruitment consultant

You will be a good communicator and have the ability to quickly win the trust of clients and candidates, and maintain these relationships over time.

Starting salary of GBP22,000 to GBP25,000, rising quickly with annual pay awards. Note that for exceptional candidates a higher starting salary may be offered (dependent on experience).
