HRMI Analyst - Bradford - Technology Company - 27-35k
As an integral part of the HR team, the HRMI Analyst will lead the HRIS and compensation activities across key business units. Reporting to the head of HR you will be responsible for the management and administration for all aspects in HRIS, Oracle Self Service, BI and Performance Management tools and the generation of month end and Ad Hoc reports.
You will coordinate across international sites and have responsibility of managing employee data integrity across our business and providing comprehensive analytics that will provide strategic manpower analysis and trending information on employees. This will include creating/running reports, extracting data from multiple sources, conducting root cause analysis and leveraging external bench marking data in order to make comparisons. In order to do this it will be critical for you to have an ability to gain a solid understanding of business structures and employees across multiple sites.
You will be responsible for presenting HR reporting, to include headcount, recruitment, attrition reports and performance management; therefore attention to detail is required.
