Senior System Analyst
The Senior Systems Analyst will be part of the IT team, responsible for integrated global solutions used by staff and clients across the world for Sales & Marketing, Royalties, Distribution, Finance and Operations. Working closely with key business and IT stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are translated into robust and scalable solutions aligned with global strategy.

Main responsibilities:
Identification and elicitation of business requirements from internal and external business stakeholders
Definition and publication of high-quality business requirements and functional specifications, encompassing high level design, process, data and technical operations
Liaison with development team to ensure that logical and innovative solutions are found to complex business problems
Assistance to the business in assessing and reviewing the priority and business impact of proposed solutions
Assistance to the business with user acceptance testing ensuring that the solutions meets the requirements with acceptable performance
Planning and execution of multiple tasks in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment
Supervision of other systems analysts

Your profile
5 years technical experience in application development including database design
2 years knowledge of the music business
5 years Experience in various IT environments including Oracle, SQL Server & Windows
Strong technical abilities from perspectives of both systems design and the business
Ability to work within deadlines
