Position Overview:
As a Merchant Operation Engineer you will be responsible for the data acquisition of Intelligent Reach merchants across all markets using in house tools and 3rd party applications.

Those duties include:

• Advising Intelligent Reach account and on-boarding managers on feasibility.
• Provide support and assistance to the Integration team on technical issues.
• Liaising directly with merchants technical services when necessary.
• Create Set up Environments to capture merchant data
• Support the deployment of JS tags onto merchant sites

You will be monitoring our entire data gathering process in order to maintain integrity of our merchant's inventory, and provide solutions to resolve and prevent future failure and errors. Working closely with the Head of merchant operations you will provide ideas and solutions in order to improve and facilitate your day-to-day duties. You will also work to support the Onboarding and Data Quality teams.

What do we require from you?

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and has a good understanding of current web technology.

Must have:

• Strong understanding of HTML, FTP Clients and web browsers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of MS Office application including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc
• Hands-on, technical, problem solver
• Basic knowledge of OO programming (C#, Java...)
• Good understanding of Javascript
• Solid analytical and logical skills paired with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to work independently.

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 + benefits
