Head of CRM / eCRM ecommerce market leader in Gaming NEW TEAM IN London

My Market Leading, rapidly growing ecommerce client is looking for an amazing Head of CRM /ecrm preferably from a high user environment e.g. online travel, gambling, shopping, etc to grow and develop the CRM / Ecrm. You will be the complete Head of CRM reporting into the board and as so must have the knowledge base to make strategic decisions around the CRM to enable this area to grow rapidly with the business

CRM Manager /ecrm Manager Key Responsibilities

• Experience of planning, managing and delivering multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns as well as associated campaign briefing and analysis processes.
• Deep understanding of the full end-to-end campaign process in order to be able to consult knowledgably with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and take a positive, proactive approach to their work with a meticulous eye for detail
• Comfortable with prioritising and scheduling campaign delivery plans
• Demonstrable ability to work across multiple fast-moving projects and multiple product teams
• Ability to take the initiative and lead in ambiguous situations
• Work well under pressure, produce desired results and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, visual)
• Communicate complex ideas in a simple yet effective professional manner at all levels
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent understanding of CRM principles in a B2B and B2C environment

CRM Manager / ecrm Manager Desirable Skills & Experience

• Qualified to degree level in a related (preferably) numerical subject
• Experience building a team
• Board level strategic input experience
