I am urgently recruiting for a talented Lead UX Designer to work for a multi-billion global leading organisation. Initially the role will be based in Chertsey until they relocate to their new London offices. International travel may be required on rare occasions to places like New York.
You will be working with multi-disciplined teams which will include Product Managers, Business Analysts, internal and external customers to analyse business needs and identify how they can be enhanced using web technologies. Whilst working with Development teams, you will produce visually excellent, highly usable software that results in an enhanced User Experience.
Responsibilities and Required Experience:

Responsibilities and Required Experience:
- You will have 3 - 6 years interactive design industry experience in a software company, interactive agency, design firm or web publishing environment.
- At least 5+ year's experience in User Experience Design.
- You will create designs patterns, prototypes and specify core components, to be used in an international product range.
- You will be able to translate business requirements and user stories into visually excellent solutions.
- You will run face-to-face client feedback sessions, interpreting results and implementing design iterations.
- You will provide support to Development teams in standardizing design patterns across the solutions.
- You will collaborate and mentor the Product teams in use of design patterns.
- Prototyping skills using Axure or other similar prototyping tools such as Irise.
- You must be technically proficient with Adobe Suite Experienced in Wireframes, storyboarding, user journey etc
- Exposure to remote and lab based user engagement.
- Comfortable and fluent communication skills for presenting to clients and working with cross-functional teams in various international locations.
- Have a passion for User Experience and innovation.
- Strong experience with Agile development processes such as SCRUM.
- Be happy to travel internationally to places like New York.
