Job Title: Project Assistant
Location: Headingley, Leeds (moving to central Leeds in March)
Salary £18,500 pro rata
28 hours per week with potential to go full time, Permanent
The role
As a Project Assistant you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Supporting research executives by opening job numbers on accounting software, completing client win forms, raising purchase orders, booking travel/accommodation, light PA support etc.
- Supporting the marketing team by ensure the database is up to date, collating and issuing marketing items, updating marketing information and supporting with trade shows and meetings.
- Front of house (booking meeting rooms / arranging refreshments).
- Ordering stationery / monitoring supplies.
- Updating staff records.
- Arranging inductions.
- Updating intranet / sending out company communications.
- Dealing with cleaners, managing agent and concierge.
What you’ll need
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Able to manage multiple requests (multitask) under pressure.
- Ability to thrive within a lively busy environment and deal with a wide variety of requests from the bog standard to the unexpected!
- Basic knowledge of marketing / social media / market research.
- Great people skills – dealing with people of all levels of the company from exec to board director.
- Become a trusted PA to the members of the operations board.
- Basic business understanding and an ability / keenness to help the company be more efficient.
- Competent with technology.
