Due to the expansion of our Study Programme, the position of a Keyworker (Tutor) has become available at our Accrington centre.

The role includes:

To deliver innovative teaching and learning sessions, always aiming to
achieve outstanding practice.

To record and evaluate teaching sessions on appropriate documentation.

To continuously develop the session plans and schemes of work, keeping abreast of local influences, current affairs and progression routes for the students.

To ensure equality of opportunity is afforded to all students.

To carry out assessments as per Awarding Organisation guidelines and NLTG’s quality system.

Applicants should be able to deliver sessions in Employability, Induction, Communication and hold or be willing to work towards teaching and assessor qualifications.
